Annick Sjobakken is a freelance photographer and educator based in Des Moines, Iowa.

She has taken photos for The New York Times, The New York Times Magazine, TIME, Bloomberg Businessweek, Vox Media, Little Village Magazine, and The Globe and Mail. Fraction Magazine, Lenscratch, The Ones We Love, and PDN have featured her work, and her photos have been included in numerous exhibitions.
